1. About Us HW Flowers & Foliage is a UK-based handcrafted faux flower product business. All products are individually made to order.

2. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Products As all items are handcrafted to order, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered faults. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the finished item due to screen display differences.

5. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of HW Flowers & Foliage and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability HW Flowers & Foliage shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
