Refund Policy
At HW Flowers & Foliage, every wreath is individually handcrafted to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind. We encourage you to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hwflowersandfoliage@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, which are exempt under EU consumer law. As all our wreaths and hat boxes are handcrafted to order, they fall under this exemption. Standard accessories and wreath hangers may be returned under this right if unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
