All HW Flowers & Foliage products are individually handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Wreath Standard Shipping: £6.99 — delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch
- Wreath Hanger Standard Shipping: £2.99 - delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please note that during busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) dispatch times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
Please note: As all items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need your wreath by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

EU Delivery We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times and rates vary by region:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria): 5–8 working days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 7–10 working days
- Nordic (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 7–10 working days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia): 8–12 working days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region. Orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
